I have rented from them for just over 2 years. I haven't had alot of interaction with the office but anytime I did they were friendly. The maintenance guys are awesome! They explained anything I needed fixed and even listened to me rant on giving my suggestions
I am a landlord who formerly used riverpoint properties as my property manager. I WOULD NOT recommend them at all ever. The owner Melissa was often very rude for no reason. And tried to get me to rent out multiple units that I own for 2005 tier prices due to the fact that she could not find tenants for multiple months. The tenants she would find would be low quality. I switched back to silverheels (never should have left them) and they rented out my vacant units for hundreds of dollars higher than riverpoint was able to. Als... read more
Literal facts. The landlords will wait outside your apartment for you to leave, and then let themselves in without warning and go look around through your belongings and house. Have this on camera. Dont rent from them, I left abruptly!!!
River Point Property Management is among the worst I have experienced in my life. They will charge you unexpected extra fees for mowing you haven’t requested. They will charge you cleaning fees for a tenant who will inhabit after you.....they will make sure not to give you your security deposit back! The apartments are poorly maintained and are completely run down with molds and bugs. Stay away from those apartments.
when we rent their apartment oct 20,2020 properties its moldy and filthy windows, sink is very dirty, rusty stove, muddy hairy washing machine you dont even wanna wash your clothes its full of mud even after more than 5x turning washing machine fulll washed just to loosen those mud. Furnace intake very dusty. I need to change filter on my own since its not on their calendar yet. After 3.5 yrs stay i got my own house and they charged $35/hr for 26 hrs for cleaning the apartment which is way more cleaner and molds free compare... read more
