Dan was very accommodating and extremely helpful when I had to move to Marietta on a whim. I would highly recommend anyone to work with him if you are looking for an apartment.
Easy to apply with a fast response from Dan. He got us a tour and completed paperwork fast to get us our apartment shortly after applying. Easy company to work with and great with communication.
Wonderful and friendly staff. Quick response time and non invasive. Dan went above and beyond to show more options, answered any and all questions as well! I would recommend to anyone interested in renting with an established company.
This is the worst company to have as a ‘landlord.’ You give them a date for move out and before you are officially moved out, they have people out on the property rummaging through your things and steal your things only to confront them and have half of it returned. All the while, Melissa is denying the theft. Jewelry, tools and kids things were stolen. Melissa is horrible, rude. and incompetent. Will never reccomend. They claim I broke my lease and never did. I was month to month and paid my rent on time. They keep buying all the properties around Marietta and are never willing to give someone another chance!!!! Not only that, maintenance is AWFUL!!! & Melissa is RUDE.
