My spouse and I lived here for a year and we both agree it was an excellent apartment building. Jeff was an extremely attentive building manager who really cares about the quality of the place and Ramses, the super, always responded immediately to anything that needed doing and his work was always professionally completed. The building is very safe, with an exterior key fob system and individual alarm systems in the apartments.

I especially love that if I have a package arriving, they will accept it and hold it, leave it outside your door or even inside your apartment if you prefer. Everything is convenient from this location, i.e., trains to NYC, shopping (3 malls within 10 minutes), cleaners, coffee, post office, etc. They are a pet friendly building and offer a dedicated parking space indoors if you prefer. The area is well lite at night and very safe...the police station is across the road. I recommend this place very highly.

I have lived at River Place for 2 years....I absolutely love it! The units are spacious, laid out well. The building is well maintained, especially during the winter months. Maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. All inspections done on time and they are very accommodating to your schedule. Jeff (Bldg. Manager)is the best. He and all the maintenance staff are always available to help resolve an issue

I moved to River Place a while ago and it has been very nice living here. The apartment 2bed/2bath have a good size and layout. The staff (manager, super and the maintenance person) is very nice and friendly.

I have only lived here a year and moved in from the recommendation of my friend who lives the floor above me. Maintenance is always available and very friendly. The leasing manager is not always here but if you leave messages in the voicemail, they promptly returns them during business hours

Nice and new building that is generally kept clean. Thick walls that reduce lateral noise from carrying. Full washer and dryer. Pet friendly (although there is a one-time fee). Pleasant tenants. Rahway is in a convenient location for commutting to NYC or anywhere else (with NJ Turnpike and GSP exits both within 5-10 min. drive). Five minute walk to Rahway train station which is on 2 NJ Transit lines that service Newark (20 min) and NY Penn Station (40-45 min.).

I stayed here for 6 months, but even within that short while, the management scored a 5/5. The apartments are very well laid out, there is no noise or unwanted activity. Very safe, and convenient walk from the station. The management is extremely helpful with repairs, packages and other issues. Ramses and Jeff are very friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience.
