Great place to live, great views and great service from Ronning Companies thanks to Nicole Frodermann. I always had repairs done quickly, when I was locked out of my garage they helped me get back in, when I had issues with my door lock they fixed it right away, no problem. The view you get from the balcony is the running trail, trees, and squirrels running around. You do hear the train but you get used to it once a day (morning usually). I would live here again, great value for your money
