This place was less than what I expected for renting for the first time. Obviously renting is not going to be perfect, but it was not that great either. My roommates and I were/are in the penthouse apartments above the parking garage. Having everything for the application was made clear to me, the deposits and everything were set. Applied just fine. However, upon approval, move-in dates were moved. And we have two military members who were moving from out of state, so this was a large inconvenience. We made it work and got a... read more
