Great staff and beautifully maintained
Maintenance, security guards, and leasing office staff are all so kind. Fredrick the security guard is someone I genuinely look forward to seeing everyday
No in unit washers or dryers. Conflicting information from office staff in regard to what’s available. Don’t waste your time. There’s better options that come without painted over mold :)
I’ve liked the neighborhood because it’s walkable and mostly because it’s quiet, but over the last year there’s been a constant ringing noise coming from the parking lot across the street that I can hear all day and night and most recently there’s a consistent screeching noise also coming from outside maybe from construction in the area, but it’s unfortunate to the building to not have that quiet anymore.
