RecommendedIt is very quiet here.Also if you need something fixed(which is rare) it is done in a timely manner.Close to stores etc.love it here.
Great Place to live with new owners and all the improvements that is going on is great!
You get what you pay for ... we have an 800 sq foot apartment and the air conditioner is really old. In the late afternoon (during the summer) our apartment does not get below 80 degrees despite the air being set at 77 ... With two young boys this makes our living situation miserable � we have had maintenance come out twice and they are really friendly ... it’s just that everything they have done to get this old ac unit functioning better has not helped enough�
1. The office is the main issue! Sometimes I really want to call the supervisor or the main manager and see what they're doing!!!! They're not organized at all! Keep record of everything, unless you will be in trouble. 2. Water bugs!
