No A/C in bedrooms. Very hot in summer. Noise - Neighbors party all the time and day and night. Apartment management does nothing to control it (even though your lease stipulates that *you* must keep quiet and respect others). Many neighbors use marijuana. You can smell it in your own bedroom. Apartment Wi-Fi connection slow and unstable. The apartment-mandated Internet service is expensive and unstable. The apartment management responds to emails slowly and sporadically. Not a nice place to live.
Cedar village is the perfect location for students attending michigan state university. On top of that, the apartments are very well renovated and kept up. Any problem is fixed very timely and the clubhouse is an awesome place to chill with friends and get some homework done.
Very good. Overall very clean and nice. Maintence would come and help very quick. Only thing was how long it would take to fix machines in the gym downstairs that were broke. Would recommend living here.
