I’ve been living here for 1 year and 1 month, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is the roach infestation. Unless you complain, pest control won’t show up—and even then, they drag their feet. The $7 pest control fee is a joke; you’re honestly better off buying your own spray unless you’re okay with living alongside roaches. The safety concerns are just as bad. The maintenance guy for emergency sucks. He refused to come fix the AC when it was 88 degrees outside stating its late. You wonder what emergency services are for. I had left several messages and he refused to respond to the emergency
