Brought my mom for testing and everyone was polite, professional and very efficient.
The absolute WORST ER I have ever known. Professionalism at its worst. I am a float pool nurse for Ochsner Main campus, Elmwood, and Baton Rouge campus....I have never met more disrespectful Ochsner employees. The ONLY person that was kind and compassionate were the young lady at check in. She got me checked in quickly all with a smile. As for the nurse and the Dr.....Im appalled that Ochsner even has such unprofessional employees. I will NEVER use use this facility again.
