I was seen immediately and taken care of promptly. My pain assessment was determined and also taken care of. I was then sent to radiology where they correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me complete clear instructions on what to do for follups! Everyone was nice and polite and acted in a very professional way. I left a little unhappy because of a fracture back but felt confident that I would make it to my neurosurgeon
