This place made my spine feel new! I was in a car wreck last December leading to back pain and migraines. I purchased a groupon for this place and rescheduled 2 times on them without any hassle. I received a Medical Massage from the newest member, Selencia Word. She may be the newest and the youngest member, but by far the best massage therapist I've seen in months! She knows the pressure points to a T and offers light to deep pressure. I'd HIGHLY recommend her and feel this establishment is lucky to have such a gem.
New therapist Silencia was awesome! Really knew what she was doing and the entire staff was very friendly. Sorry to see some negative reviews regarding the groupon. I was able to book a same day appointment no problem. Will definitely be back.
Not only did Reagan tell me exactly the areas he was working on my body and why, he pays close attention to how deep of a massage to do and was very in tune with you hard/too soft. Walked out of there feeling amazing and way less stress in my upper and lower neck and back
I had a Groupon for manual lymphatic drainage. The therapist that was supposed to do it was out due to her mom having surgery but I was taken care of by Reagan and he did a great job!
They never call back! Do not buy a Groupon from them you'll never be able to use it.
I have been trying to use my Groupon for the massage and decompression table voucher to no avail. I made my appointment and on the day of my appointment I was texted that my therapist didn’t show up for work that day. So another person offered to schedule me and give me another hour massage for free for the inconvenience. I scheduled with her for two weeks and on that day I was texted again that they had to move all patients due to an unexpected remodel. This place is a joke. Save your money and don’t go!!
I would follow Dr Chen wherever he goes. He's been great helping me with my condition, his bedside manner is impecable and even when things are bleak he makes an effort to research and find help somehow. Thanks!
