The sofa is dirty the tv's don't work the towels r dirty the blinds r broke! Mind u they have some great rooms but they also have a lot of complaints and not enough rooms that if one is disgusting they don't have any extra rooms! This place needs to fix their rooms before renting them!
River Oaks II - 57G... We requested the grande villas but they refused to move us to the ones we actually paid for until 24 hours and only if one became available... We got stuck in the regular villas that are taken care of like this and basically became our own housekeeper and used our own sheets to be able to sleep on the beds... Beware beware beware!!!!!! Also the ladies at the office and very rude and no help whatsoever, absolutely disgusting place... I would pick a negative one if it was possible!
We stay here every time we come to Myrtle Beach. Luv luv luv it!!!!
Me&my family was there July24-29'2014' and it was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, spacious,very homely,&accessorized! I love the patio scenery. The pond was right out back (turtles, ducks, ...). The landscaping was beautiful! I must say River Oaks Resort was a very very well kept place! I can't wait to stay again!
