Room wasn’t clean. Had bed bugs!!!!
RecommendedIt is a nice area the unit isnt bad. There are a few issues but nothing I cant work around. So far so good!

Most disgusting room I have ever walked in to, dirty underwear, under the bed, dirty socks in the corner of the room, tampon wrappers under the bed, trash in the closets, tv don’t work, microwave is busted, sink faucet is busted. I’ve been to prisons nicer than this!!!
I was there for my family reunion. We had 6 rooms. They were all clean and beautiful. My family loved it. We will definitely go back.
We have stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay. Our only issue is that the WiFi is terrible and could not hold a connection! Also, why do you not include the pool card in the envelope when checking in? I always had to remember to get the pool pass.
Terrible customer service at their check in office. We had to book in their for our supposed stay at The World Tour golf resort but upon check in they sent us 20mins away to a different location. When we realized we went back because we thought they’d made a mistake. But sadly not, because we’d booked through Hotels.com (a month in advance) they could not honor our booking at the golf resort and there was nothing they could do.
