Today was the first time my boyfriend and I had been to River Oaks Spa and we absolutely loved it! We got a gift certificate for Christmas and we didn't even though this place existed but we know now and are definitely coming back. The customer service was fantastic, especially Mai she was professional and fun. I would recommend getting the scents that they have available to make the tub smell fresh and setting a timer on your phone so you don't feel rushed about the time limit for the soak. �
The masseuse Tammy was amazing and the hot springs too!
Had a wonderful experience here, the tubs are relaxing and clean, the staff was courteous and very helpful.

Incredible massage, mine was done by Jayne, the mineral soak makes your skin feel smooth, friendly staff! Secluded, gorgeous location. Ideal for full relaxation. Highly recommend!

Amazing facial and neck massage with Barbara. She is wonderful and I feel fabulous. I also see Kyuko here for massage and love her work and her spirit.
My husband and I love going for a soak at River Oaks Hot Springs. It's such a peaceful place.
I try to come twice a year. I wish I could go more I love it everytime :)

My husband bought a gift certificate and I had to pay an extra $20. The gacial and massage where excellent but the customer service blew it for me this go around.
