Spoke with Sandra on the phone and was told we could have 8 in an outside tub. This was not the case...Sandra walked into our tub area without announcing herself (we were naked). She also cut our stay 15 minutes early. I will be taking my business and telling all my friends and clients not to go here as well.

Hot Springs then a Massage... EPIC combo! Professional Staff. Clean. Giant locker room. A+
Check their cancellation policy. 24 hour notice or you get charged full pop. I'm good with a reasonable cancellation fee, but full pop is steep. Also, make sure you know they will retain your credit card information in their system. They must have it to make an appointment. Made it real easy for them to make the cancellation charge. Not comfy with any business that keeps that info on file forever. Poor policies for me today! Too bad!
