A colonoscopy is, by nature, a pain in the rear. � But this place makes the experience as enjoyable as it’s going to get. They are outstanding medical professionals who care very much for their patients. Well done, y’all.

First of all... Big shout out to my anesthesiologist, Debra!!! No N&V what so ever!!! You rock!!! My nurse stuck an IV like a pro, and it usually takes 3 tries!!! Go Patty!!! And thank you to Dr. Kvapil and his awesome assistant. She was so nice, and comforting. Sorry, but I don't remember your name. I waved and said good bye to you when the meds starting kicking in. Lol Thanks for being there!

I was given false information from the beginning. The time of the scheduled testing. The total out of pocket expenses I would be responsible for. When I received additional invoices after procedures. I called their billing department, I was told the information i was given when I checked in was not correct. I ask numerous times when checking for procedures. First of all, this complaint is ONLY about the business aspect of my visit. The care I received from the nurses was great. My beef is about the "bait and switch" they do with insurance. I called prior to my procedure and asked if they had in-network providers for my insurance. The person who answered the phone who told me that they had two groups, one which was in-network for my plan.
