RecommendedGreat apartments and nice community of people who live here. The staff that support the apartments are very prompt and friendly.
We lived here for two months for corporate housing for my husbands work . It was horrible. Outdated furniture that had odor to it . The place smelled awful . The carpet was filthy..Cracked tiles , hot water heater went out constantly. Loud neighbors, gross walls & slimy shower floor . 80’s everything!! We itched every time the heat went on . We heard mice in the vents at night . The stove wasn’t attached to the wall . The security fence was not working properly or broken half the time . People are sketchy who live in there .... read more

Our apartment at River Oaks in Rochester Hills Michigan had MOLD River Oaks Apartments of Rochester Hills did not properly maintain or repair our apartment. As you can see in the pictures below, our apartment had standing water outside and MOLD growth inside. Their reply regarding the mold changes each time the issue is discussed.
