My backyard is Beadle Park and the bike trail.
Nice size apartments for a reasonable price. Underground parking at an extra charge. Been here 3 years.
We have lived here for 3 years now. Management is excellent in every aspect. Maintenance requests are met in less than an hour time! The apartment is well kept and quiet. The units are very spacious, with walk-in closets, patios with great view of the park and riverside. The location is an absolutely great spot to downtown, riverside bike trails and anywhere in the city. It has been an absolutely perfect experience for us!
