I had a crown done today. I was a tad anxious bc I had the same dentist for years in Charlotte, who passed away recently. I am totally, absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Great with the needle, meticulous in prep work, efficient but not rushed seating the crown. This is an outstanding practice. Getting your teeth cleaned at ROAD is a pleasant experience and something I look forward to. I always learn how to do something better in my daily dental routine.
I broke my crown on a Sunday afternoon and left their office a message about. They called me early Monday morning and asked me to come at 10 am and started the process of removing the still-attached piece of the crown and remaking the new crown. During the conversation with Dr. Scott and assistant Danielle, I learned that the new crown was being made on a 3-d printer at their office.
