I’ve been a resident of these apartments for 3+ years now. When it was owned and managed as River Oaks, I never had a single issue. As of 6 months ago or so, it was bought out and is now under new management. My experience has been terrible. During this last winter, one of the coldest winters to date, my heat was out for 3 weeks. It nice
When applying for the apartment, they charge a $200 holding fee that is refunded if you're denied. I was denied over 3 weeks ago. The third party company that processes the refunds said they can't release my money until they get an email from the leasing office telling them to do so. No one answers the phone, returns calls or emails. Of all the emails I sent, only one was responded to. Unprofessional, dishonest and ridiculous.
