Bad customer experience on two occasions. When you call to ask if they have walk in availability, they say yes. When you show up, they say they are super busy and leave you feeling quite awkward. The only positive thing I can say is that it is one of the few nail salons that is open till late .

This location came recommended to me by a couple of friends who have been there a number of times, so I was looking forward to having a similar experience. They shared that they received massages With both their manicure and pedicures. When I arrived, I was asked what service I would like, and explained I would need a manicure and pedicure with shellac and builder gel. I genuinely debated leaving this review because I try to give businesses grace, especially during long days or busy hours, but my experience here left me uncomfortable enough that I feel it should be shared honestly. When I arrived, I was asked what services I wanted. The individual then walked away and spoke with the other two employees. I overheard a faint “no,” but rather than assume it was directed toward me, I waited patiently for further instruction. My pedicure was great. However they did not have the color I wanted in shellac but still insisted they could find a match...the nail polish I wanted was perfect and I had to settle for another color. I also paid 70 dollars for another color I had to settle for and my nails were so crooked
