I walked in the store it was four people all workers, no customers! These people told me they do not do refills. I’m like excuse me this is a nail shop y’all don't do refills, the lady said no they went home. mind you it’s four of them. you mean to tell me none of the workers know how to do refills? They just didn’t want to service me! smh just horrible

I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. for microblading that was booked a week in advance. They were the ones who suggested the date and time. I got there on time, waited 20 minutes for the technician, and then she told me she wouldn’t be able to do my appointment because she had another client at 10:00 a.m. Now they’re asking me to come back. That’s completely unacceptable.

Bad customer experience on two occasions. When you call to ask if they have walk in availability, they say yes. When you show up, they say they are super busy and leave you feeling quite awkward. The only positive thing I can say is that it is one of the few nail salons that is open till late .

This location came recommended to me by a couple of friends who have been there a number of times, so I was looking forward to having a similar experience. They shared that they received massages With both their manicure and pedicures. When I arrived, I was asked what service I would like, and explained I would need a manicure and pedicure with shellac and builder gel.
