I had procedures done this time and date last year .. The intake team was not competent.. The person who calls to inform you time and what to do night before and what is needed and steps once there .. we played phone tag a couple days .. She left a voicemail stating almost all things she was supposed to EXCEPT THE MOST IMPORTANT I NEEDED TO PAY A FEE WHEN I CHECK IN . . I had surgery here over a year ago, payed the estimated out-of-pocket amount up front and in good faith. After the explanation of benefits was sent out I was owed a refund of more than $1,000. Now, more than a year later, I still haven't been paid. The billing office claims they weren't paid everything they were owed by the insurance company, but after reprocessing the claim at least 5 times, the insurance company continues to say that the surgery center owes me the refund. Great job to the medical team here. Special shoutout to everyone in the prep room/recovery room for making sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions in a calm and respectful manner. I was 100% confident in the team that helped me.
I normally don’t write reviews but my experience here was too great to not share my thoughts. Everyone was beyond incredible, kind, and extremely good at what they do. I can’t sing enough praises about my experience here. Huge thanks to the doctors, nurses, and receptionists that made my first surgery as pleasant and pain free as possible!
The intake procedure is very efficient, unlike hospitals and there was literally no wait time. So no additional anxiety build up in the waiting room. Everyone there, seriously everyone, was courteous, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. From the schedulers to the anesthesiologist to my surgeon to the other patients all were amazing. The facility is quiet and clean.
Efficient. Friendly. Kind. I couldn't have asked for a better knee surgery experience.
