Now open for nearly two years, the good things are very good. Pleased with management response to mechanical issues, cleanliness of coming areas, building design to present pleasing appearance. Some problems have surfaced, which are being resolved in Fair Manor involving resident needs. We get fast and efficient responses to 911 calls, love residential bus transport for grocery shopping, social outings, activities in house and around town. It was a huge decision to downsize from a house to my new apt home. I took a leap of faith. I absolutely love it here. Warm, inviting, kind neighbors, beautiful yard, community rooms & Salon. Exceptionally, clean. Well maintained. Sunsets off my patio are the best! I feel right at home here. Professional staff.
