The receptionists here are very welcoming and helpful. The clinic is clean and tidy. If only there are doctors accepting new patients, I would highly recommend this clinic.
I just called to book an urgent appointment with my family doctor, but apparently she stopped practicing over a year ago. I was never informed, not by email or phone, and I’m not even sure if that’s legal. The front desk staff were very rude, as always, and they hung up on me without addressing all of my questions. They told me I have to find a new family doctor elsewhere.
Avoid this clinic. My experience with River Medical Centre has been extremely stressful and upsetting. Dr. Brandon Malcolm is not attentive and does not take concerns seriously. There is little to no follow-up, and calls are not returned even when you are waiting on important results. On top of that, the staff are consistently rude, impatient, and dismissive, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. I have seen online here that they do walk ins 2-5pm Monday - Friday. This information should be removed as I have confirmed today they don't do walk ins
