I initially gave a 1-star review due to a misunderstanding about the lease agreement. However, the manager personally reached out to explain everything clearly and assured me that the rent would not increase. I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to listen and clarify things, which shows they truly care about their residents. I appreciate the excellent customer service and am updating my review to 5 stars!
Not great, do not recommend. First floor smell is food, third floor smell like weed, tows your car anyway and every single time even you pay for parking. No support at all.
I only lived in River Meadow Estates for one year. It was a nice place to live, I felt safe. The apartment was always clean. The only reason I moved out was that I found an apartment with underground parking, which I really wanted or I would’ve stayed.
I have been thoroughly impressed with River Meadow Estates by Broadstreet Properties. The suites are spacious and impeccably clean upon move-in, and the buildings are consistently well-maintained. Routine maintenance is handled promptly, and management is always responsive to concerns, addressing them with professionalism and kindness. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Piss poor management, extremely high rent for such a low quality suite. Don’t expect the Building manager to do anything but make your life a living hell. Lying on documents about how much was paid towards damage and pet deposit for there benefit, trying to squeeze more money out of us. Dont forget the 3 stooges who were selected as property maintenance, they’ll do more damage In suite then good
