This place has gone so far downhill there is no saving it anymore. There's trash all over, cigarette butts, food scraps, actual human throw up, beer cans or bottles and other random shit all over the place, but they only care about if you pick up after your dog. The laundry machines work less often than a McDonald's ice cream machine. The dog park is sad, never clean and there are never any bags in the holder to pick up after your dog so it's BYOB. This place stinks. Management in the office are horrible. The lady was rude, sarcastic, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They will not accommodate your needs. They only care about themselves. I will be moving asap.
Well where do I begin I lived there for quite sometime the only that helped was Gary Sanders who was the assistant manager and he was told a lie about his position ending like it did knowing that he had more experience than Rocio Ragan where she had 9 years and Gary had 25 years and so l asked Milton how was she the manager and he said that the regional wanted someone with a CAM and it was expired as well. Management is very in unprofessional. apartments are not as clean when they are rented as they need to be. Pool areas and laundry areas are not kept clean. People walk dogs and let them poop on the grounds.for others to walk in.
I definately would NOT recommend this apartment complex. Repairs are done cheapest and ugliest possible, resident safety has been compromised and I am 100% dissatisfied with this place. They have *tried* to make it look "updated" but at the end of the day, its an old apartment complex. The pool is always DISGUSTING... If you want to know more PM me...
