This apartment complex is poorly managed. I have upstairs neighbors who make excessive noise, they yell, and stomp throughout the night. Despite filing multiple complaints, no action has been taken. Additionally, the gate is frequently out of order, and the laundry room is consistently unclean. The management team in the office is unprofessional and often rude.

DO NOT MOVE HERE This apartment complex ILLEGALLY raised our rent by 10%, when the max amount allowed by the city of Santa Ana is 3% or less, in the year 2023. Upper Managment agreed to pay me the money back ($1898) that they owed me upon move out verbally, but when I asked for it written or via email…nothing. Most likely a move just to get me out and not follow through. Once I told them I will not move out until I am reimbursed, they then went radio silent.
