Update - DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE HAVING CONSISTENT RUNNING WATER AND A SECURE BUILDING. The water is often shut off due to nearby construction, and the building's management does not provide advanced notice. Additionally, the building has had a problem with securing their doors and basically anyone can walk in.
