I really enjoyed my lunch & my time there. The view overlooking the water is priceless. The portions were large & the food was excellent. The Smuttynose IPA was cold, delicious & potent. I thought Courtney & the rest of the staff were fun, engaging & very attentive. I am sure I will go back.
They were very accommodating for our party of 8! The food was delicious, the staff friendly, curtious and attentive. The prices were reasonable, I would recommend the River House to friends!
Seafood chowder was to die for. Great view and outstanding service.
We stumbled upon this restaurant while grabbing lunch on our way to Maine. We were very impressed with everything we ordered. My boyfriend had the mussels gorgonzola which he was pleasantly surprised about. I got the salmon burger which was delicious, but the best part of my meal was the French fries. They're gluten free and wonderful. The bartenders were very friendly. We'd definitely come back.
Great setting "over" the water, wonderful and attentive waitress, yummy food.
