The food was very good, and the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad was delicious. The oysters from the raw bar were very fresh, the shrimp could have been larger but were tasty. Enjoyed our River view table and everyone's entrees were good to excellent. Service was pretty good. Overall a very good experience.
We got the fried seafood platter. How can you mess that up. Right? Well apparently River House can. The food was terrible and grossly overpriced for the quality. I'm not sure what the draw is there. The atmosphere was okay and I appreciated the bus boys being extra diligent about cleaning up tables. But honestly I can not see going back.
Second time there and so far- everything has been amazing. If you own a boat- please check out the new docks before it gets too cold���...
