Robin truly went above and beyond for me and my family to help us find our home. She was always able to be reached no matter what time, day or night. She helped us get a great deal on the home we found and i know she would bend over backwards for any of her clients. We have purchased/sold 5 homes over the past several years, and Robin is the most impressive real estate professional we've ever dealt with. Her assistance to us as, the buyers, was outstanding. The video of the home and the neighborhood was very informative, as was the 30-page binder that included the standard tax/utility/school data, but also a history of the house and the surrounding area. When it comes time to sell this house, Robin is the only person we'll contact.
Very responsive upfront until the sale was in process. As the sale progressed the avocation for our best interests (sellers agent) tapered off and didn't chase down the necessary people to ensure closing happened on time. The delay in our closing jeopardized the closing on our new home and we are without a place to live between the two transactions!
