I had the worst experience of my entire life in a medical facility. I came in as a new patient to see Dr. Jonathan Nilson, MD, and unfortunately, I didn’t even have the opportunity to speak with the doctor directly. His assistant was extremely unprofessional and impolite, to the point where I had to stop the consultation because I felt uncomfortable in the environment.
