Good service
Disappointed in the lack of responsive support this practice is recently providing. I have been a patient for years. It is harder and harder to schedule and most annoying is they are now stating I will have to wait to have blood work until after my visit. I have always done this prior to my appointment so that the provider and I could review the results. Extremely inefficient and very disappointing.
Consistently disappointing… my husband and I have given this office a try a handful of times with two different providers and have consistently left frustrated and disappointed. I don’t typically leave reviews but if you’re taking a read, you should know what you’re getting into. The office staff will NEVER return a phone call. I’ve had to send my husband in person to get an answer, and they tried turning him away because they were about to go “on lunch”. It was before 11:30am. I had the worst experience of my entire life in a medical facility. I came in as a new patient to see Dr. Jonathan Nilson, MD, and unfortunately, I didn’t even have the opportunity to speak with the doctor directly. His assistant was extremely unprofessional and impolite, to the point where I had to stop the consultation because I felt uncomfortable in the environment. I have been seeing Dr J Nilson for a few years now and just unhappy with the office as a whole. First incident Dr was running about 45 min late and he rushed my visit as I was talking he gets up and says ok I have got to go I’m running behind; so unprofessional I waited my turn and to be treated like this just didn’t sit well with me.
