This practice has been frustrating and my most recent experience was so horrible so I wanted to post about it. It feels alot like policies are made up as they go and delivered to patients on a whim. When you call, there is at least 10 minutes of time in the cue being read all the "no" policies. Sometimes they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card, but I'm sorry, that is the cost of doing business and should not be the patient's responsibility. One of the worst doctor experiences I’ve ever received. I made an appointment to see doctor Nilson, I wanted to see an actual doctor but when I got there, I was greeted by his assistant, not even a nurse. All I wanted was to get a prescription and wasn’t in the room for 10 minutes. I received very short service and a couple weeks later was charged for $400. I beg of you to trust me do NOT let other reviews fool you into coming into this practice, take your health into your own hands and spend the time to find a different practice. The only reason the rating is high is because they remove negative reviews (which they'll probably do to mine). They CONSISTENTLY overcharge on visits, they will NEVER answer or return your phone calls, their portal never works, their answering machine tells you the wrong numbers for extensions(this was a problem for MONTHS before they finally fixed i... read more
I’ve been a patient here for years. Lori at the desk is so kind and always finds a way to get me in when it’s an emergency. I can not say enough about Dr. Nilson and his NP Ray. I have a very complicated back problem that has been ongoing and he has been so incredibly kind and thoughtful and helpful. I am very grateful to have found him and have come to truly trust him.
