Terrible landlords!!! Won’t fix anything. And they don’t screen people they rent to.
Poor Management team thats including everybody.. When i first moved into the apartment "Knights Cove " the apartment was not cleaned there was marker on the wall the bed room doors was hanging with one screw. The air vent was disgusting. I was told that they cleaned and was going to clean again so me being young i didn't pay it any mind so me and my kids moved in i was told we couldn't have pets but the other people thats renting from the same people had pets . Just recently called to get their email address for some paperwork I’m filling out for rental assistance and the woman that answered the phone was so rude to me! I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast and I had to ask her to repeat what she said and she got really rude with me for no reason. I don’t understand some people! Why can’t you just be kind…it doesn’t cost you a thing!
