every day i look closer at the apartment... i see something built incorrectly. shitty maintenance team too. can't even fix a floor right. helen keller could've done a better job. over-priced bullshit.
I moved into the location in Minnesota back in 2019. I have experiencing the worst neighbors while at the property. In 2022 we had a neighbor deliberately scratching our property with her wheel chair. This was reported to the property manager and she somehow told my husband he was a liar and that neighbor wouldn’t do what he claimed . We even submitted proof of damage and the police report that was filed. Nice clean place to live. Pool and playground with onsite maintenance staff if there is an issue. Several dumpsters on premises across different locations so it’s not to far to the closest one. Lots of side walks for walking. Nice place.
I have never experienced such horrible experiences in apartment living. In my building only: I was given ten days to completely empty my apartment so that the flooring could be replaced...I am old and have stage 3b kidney disease. I ended up with 30 days of hospitalization because I collapsed in the apartment while trying to comply. There was a major drug bust in this building.
