I've been living here for while now, and I can safely say this apartment is very bad. Its really small and it has mold and it even had roaches at one point, and some people that live here are actual crackheads (Not saying everyone that lives here are like that) But we had some horrible neighbors and the office didn't do anything for so long until they had to. This is the worst place I've ever lived! The Management here is Terrible & don't know how to treat people! I wouldn't go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone cause this place is the Worst & The Management is Unreal!! So not Worth living at
Management is constantly overwhelmed, unresponsive, and petty.
*Edit- to add comment. I know a lot of apartments get bad reviews over any unhappy tenant, and that's not entirely fair. Honestly, this is not a bad place to live, it's quiet, the people, for the most part, are respectful neighbors, I have never had any issues with the management, and have always had any questions or concerns promptly dealt with. The community room is nice and always clean, as well as the laundry room. One thing I loved was during a very extreme heat wave (temps over 110°) they had the AC going on in the com... read more
