Review: - Very small bathroom - Pretty small place (For families, anyway) - Mold - Poor maintenance at times - Lot of druggies near the complex - Always someone working on their car, day & night - Loud carwash on the other side of the street + There is food in the community room + Some neighbors lowk chill + Community garden + Nice view depending if your unit is near the wetlands (Note, I have been living here for 8 years, but am a minor. I've been living here for while now, and I can safely say this apartment is very bad. Its really small and it has mold and it even had roaches at one point, and some people that live here are actual crackheads (Not saying everyone that lives here are like that) But we had some horrible neighbors and the office didn't do anything for so long until they had to. And the office takes forever to do anything, when something is broken in your place, then you have to wait almost more than a month for them to do anything about it. (A... read more

This is the worst place I've ever lived! The Management here is Terrible & don't know how to treat people! I wouldn't go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone cause this place is the Worst & The Management is Unreal!! So not Worth living at
