Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the Assistant Manager, Mira, at Kenbur Gardens. I had an appointment scheduled between 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM and arrived at approximately 11:15 AM, which was still within the agreed time window. Upon arrival, I was met with an unexpectedly rude and aggressive attitude.
