Super lo-key neighborhood gym that offers a lot in its tiny foot print. 4 stars because its a good gym, -1 star because like any small gym theres always room for improvement. Its important to realize this isnt the East Bank Club, Houstonian, or Athlete's Performance. This is a straightforward , no nonsense, gym. You show up to work up a sweat and then you GTFO. Know that it is open only to neighborhood residents, primarily home owners (or their renters) in the Glass House and adjacent condos and townhomes. Its never crowded.... read more
