Although 99% of the RFH is stellar, the AWFUL billing department needs a complete rebuild. Absolutely awful people to deal with, even when they screw up the hill.

I have lived in River Falls for 5 years and have been admitted to this ER on several occasions. In the past I had always had a good experience. However, last night I had the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital I have ever been to. The nurse in the ER was down right cruel and abusive, and I was too ill and weak to say or do anything about it. The staff tried to cover it up and ignored me. ER staff needs to ask what health conditions patients have. Daughter was here in May and was NEVER asked. She has multiple heart problems along with Asthma. I've worked in an ER for 8 years and this is NOT good medicine. Doctor also seemed like he just stepped out of Med School, had no idea what to do ...Asked me what I thought. Nurse was good.
This place is the best. Everyone is so nice. Never had a complaint with the care we received here. THANK YOU!!
RecommendedThe nurses and staff in the birth center are truly amazing people! I felt so cared for and my experience was first rate! Thank you to all the staff that were a part of my delivery and stay! It shows when people love their job and I felt that love while I was there with my baby girl!
I spent Easter May 2018 in the Emergency Room with a Fast Pulse! Found nothing! Just have to reduce my Caffeine intake.
