DO NOT GO HERE! THEY STOLE TWO PAIRS OF PANTS FROM ME! The lady Anne who works there even had the nerve to take a pair of my pants from me (without my knowledge/permission) while i was unloading the rest of my dirty clothes on the counter and then she completely denied that she took my pants right to my face, so she pretty much robbed me on the spot and denied it. This Place is TERRIBLE!! – I NEVER write reviews and I registered just to tell the public to STAY AWAY from this place. They have ruined SEVERAL of my garments. Their compensation for ruined clothing is laughable and only available as credit for more dry cleaning! Yeah right! Who wants to come back when they have already ruined your clothes.
Stay away! – Like the other reviewer, I too have been treated unjustly by this dry cleaning service. I brought in 6 oxford shirts, and when I came back two days later to pick them up they gave me 5. The lady behind the counter told me that I had brought in "too many shirts" (as if it were my fault) and that I should come back in two days for the remaining shirt. The worst – River Cleaners RUINED a piece of clothing and claimed that it was like that when I brought it in. The manager was arrogant and rude. She turned her back on me as I was explaining to her my disappointment. The rest of the clothes I brought in were not cleaned properly. I had overheard another customer complain on a previous occasion, I should have listened! And it was the same scenario.
