Can’t recommend these guys enough! I got my pup, Rocco, a cake for his ‘Not goodbye, see you later’ party with all of his pup friends and about cried when I opened the box. They were so friendly and helpful in making the perfect cake! All for just $25. More than worth it. Plus the dogs were literally fighting over the cake, so I think it was as delicious as it smelled.
Extravagant Customer Service!!! My husband and I made our first visit with our puppies to river bakery. We are very particular about the food we give our puppies since we are champion breeders we want to give them the best. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to the end. Our puppies loved the treats and the atmosphere. We will definitely be recommending mending this establishment to everyone and we will definitely be back!!! Stopped by the Bearden location yesterday (3/25) and picked up the perfectly decorated cake I ordered for my pups birthday. The gentleman working the counter was beyond helpful showing me where the treats I was looking for were located and then carrying them to the counter for me (I have mobility issues so this is a huge help). He offered help multiple times while I was shopping and then took the time after ringing me up to explain how the collar I was buying worked and how to adjust it.
