RecommendedEvery visit the animal-loving staff helped me navigate all the cat food brands as a new kitten owner. They informed me about excellent Farmina, which all my online research into truly healthy brands never came across. Shockingly there are SO many questionable pet food companies, esp. in the US. THANK YOU, everyone at NatPetSupply, for helping me find the best!! And thank you for the free samples to try out before committing to a larger purchase....

I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will never go back. They flat out refused to honor their frequent buyer program for Fromm cat food. They also lied about the details of this program, and what they told me was contradicted by what I was told directly by the Fromm company when I called them. These people are rude, unethical, and flat out bad business people. From now on I will be buying my cat food at Agrifeed on Middlebrook Pike.
No customer service! Bought a bag of Primal pronto today that was expired in December 2016. Had to make a return trip for my money back. No discount for my wasted time. You lost me as a customer!
Just in town for a few days, ran out of dog food and found this place to carry Acana. Nice store, opened 10 minutes early. Great service. Thank you!
We stopped in yesterday at the suggestion of our obedience trainer and were very impressed! Lots of quality treats and dog foods, including a nice selection of frozen items in addition to the freeze dried items. The ladies were super friendly and happy to help without pushing sales at all. They were also happy to chat with us about our dog and learn more about her rather than just focusing on products.
