Called at the last minute and needed a cake and they came through! I couldn't make it to pick it up by the time they closed, so they made arrangements for me to pick it up. They are so wonderful -- I hope to go back and take my pup with me! Amazing customer service and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!
My puppies love River Dog. They're favorite is the peanut butter treats!! So yummy and love knowing they are homemade. Need to stop in soon!!
We reside in MO, but will make it a point to come through Knoxville just to come back to River Dog Bakery. It is no surprise they have been in business for so long. The customer service is outstanding; and it is clear they care about both dogs and their human bonds. They prove why box stores (and processed treats) are inferior!
