Loved my first visit with this office. I was in need of a new dentist, but I am also very nervous about visiting the dentist due to negative experiences in the past. Everyone at the office was so friendly. They made me feel welcome and they were so compassionate. My dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my teeth cleaning. She also made sure to check in with me during the entire cleaning process to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this office to others. Looking forward to my next visit.
Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease during my visit. I’ve had some bad dental experiences in the past that left me with a great deal of anxiety, but I was treated with the utmost care and sensitivity here. They were very thorough in explaining each step of the process and walked me through all of my images so I had a clear understanding of my dental health needs. I left feeling assured that I am in excellent hands for all of my future dental care. I would highly recommend!
Love this place! My first time being a patient, but my wife has been multiple times. Everyone is amazing and very nice. Never had an issue with anything, including billing or with insurance. Past experiences with other dentists have kept us from going regularly, but we look forward to every appointment here. See y'all soon!
I had my first dental appointment with River District Smiles today. The facility and staff were amazing. When you first enter the door the super comfy waiting room greets you. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional. The practice is definitely up to date with modern equipment throughout.
