I had my first appointment with River District Smiles today and was super impressed! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the office was clean, the energy was inviting, and I felt understood and taken care of the entire time! They even let me meet “Hershey,” Dr. Emily’s pup who was there visiting. Dr. Emily is thorough, knowledgeable, and really seems to care about her patients. I started my dental treatment this week, and the most important thing was that they truly listened and understood what I needed. Every single staff member has a heart of gold ❤️. Out of all the dental offices I’ve been to, River District Smiles made me feel like I was back home in my own country. Everyone is so caring, professional, and precise. Loved my first visit with this office. I was in need of a new dentist, but I am also very nervous about visiting the dentist due to negative experiences in the past. Everyone at the office was so friendly. They made me feel welcome and they were so compassionate. My dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my teeth cleaning. She also made sure to check in with me during the entire cleaning process to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this office to others. Looking forward to my next visit.
