People were friendly and they were able to accommodate my schedule even in an emergency situation.
I'm so glad to have a found a great clinic in my NWA home! The clinicians are empathetic, and they take the time to explain your options to you. They also take your finances into account - they are not "opportunists" and won't force a procedure on you for the sake of making money. I have had only terrible experiences with this office. I experienced incompetence, unprofessionalism, and poor ethics in both the front and back of the office. My 1st appointment (Feb 2018) they scheduled the wrong appointment for my husband and me. Because of their poor communication, I had unexpected extra exam charges and the total time for both appointments was FOUR HOURS, of which more than 2.5 hours was spent just waiting. Going to the dentist is always a stressful thing for me but the staff is wonderful & super kind which makes the experience so much better!
I had an appointment on a sat, with another dentist....who didn't show up! I called River Dental, they got me in. I am in mass pain and appreciate that they said to come on in.
