I’ve been using River Crossings office for years now and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. My doctor is Dr. Jenkins. She’s always been so understanding and sweet and I’m very thankful to have someone I can trust as my provider.
The manager is rude and condescending. Started working there under a CNA pilot program and she clearly did not want it implemented in her office. There is no support, only belittling. Its a revolving door in that office. I was their 4th assistant for the Practitioner in 18 months. I started there excited and walked out disappointed.
Good luck trying to call them been trying for 3 days to get a Referral straightened out . Can't see a dr with out it . Worst phone service I have ever seen
