Had a crown done at River Crossing. That tooth with the new crown got infected, and then I had to go back into River Crossing to get a root canal done on that tooth. That new crown with a root canal got infected again a year later. Then another tooth needed a crown, and guess what? It got infected. Went to new dentist because of the two infected crowns (severe pain, wasn’t fun) because River Crossing messed up three times. New dentist told me they found a drill bit inside the root canal from the work done at River Crossing. ... read more
Awful experience with these guys. Scheduled me a day early from my waiting period and said I was good for my appt. Don’t trust front desk- they make you responsible and do not care even though they said my waiting period is up by a freaking day. They screwed up my tooth so bad that I actually had to get an implant later from there terrible work. This 1 tooth cost me 1200 plus dollars. I’ve never leave a terrible review for people but this one needs to be known
My experience here was great! Jessica was my hygienist and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough and friendly. Dr Peterson and Alyssa did fillings for me and it was the best experience I’ve had with dental work! No pain, frequent check-ins, efficient but not rushed. Everyone I’ve talked to here has been kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this office!
I'm very happy with the work Rivercrossing Dental has done for my family and I. It had been 3 years since I had been to the dentist. The staff were very patient with my sensitive teeth making sure I was as pain free as possible. They diligently worked with insurances to make sure my work was paid for. I am so grateful I can smile with confidence again. Thanks so much Rivercrossing Dental team!
