This is a great place to live if you smoke pot and are not raising any children. Families should not move here! The pot smell has been so terrible that my son can't use his own bathroom.

I have lived here for over 4 yrs now and I have been happy until Aug. 2017 when Priderock Corp. bought the apts. I've had nothing but problems; from my rent pyt getting posted wrong to no maintainence being done even though I have put in numerous requests. It advertises that its "The right place to call home", but in fact; it's the worst.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I agree with everything Kevin said. Horrible property management! Outdated everything. Night light fixtures lamps in every room. My kitchen, dining room, hall way was recently flooded bc the above apartment and they don't the very least to fix it. Did not even come close to replacing half the sheetrock that got wet. Had not solution for me being displaced and did not offer any kind of solutions. I have only a few months left on my lease and they REFUSED to let me out of it. I currently live here...not for long. Overpriced compared to what else is offered in Savannah. 1000 bucks a month for an old ass 2 bed room 2 bath apartment. No room has a ceiling light nor fan. I have to have a lamp in EVERY ROOM. THEY advertise a fitness room...I've never seen one here... because they don't have one! Management and Maintenance are super slow, trying to get anything outta either one takes a friggin act of Congress. Do not waste your time or money here. I love River Crossing Apartments! Staff and maintenance are friendly and caring. Close to the islands but cheaper! Their pool is really nice to stay cool on hot days. I highly recommend!
The office staff is no longer there on Saturdays, as advertised. Lately, there has been a rash of car break-ins, and tire slashing. This apartment complex has changed management several times in the last two years. I do not recommend living here, unless you are not picky. The views are nice of the inner courtyard, but the neighbors suck . People don't pick up after their dogs. And the flooring is coming up underneath the carpeting in my apartment. Can't wait to move!
