These ppl are horrible don’t apply here they would waste ur time they don’t have any apartments available they told by end of may it apartments be available now mid June now they don’t know when they don’t pick up the phone soon u call they act like u bother them horrible customer service you shouldn’t have to beg to get someone ur money

My AC cooling unit needed freon and it took a little minute to get it done but they sent two amazing men. Thank you Jesus & Lewis for doing a great job, and providing me with knowledge on how my cooling unit works. They were polite and Kind. Also the office kept me informed very well of the status. Thank you all in the office for your effort and hard work. Very pleased!

First place I lived when I moved to Columbia. Lots of changes over the past 3 years. But they helped me at a time when I needed it most. I appreciated that! Staff is cool overall.

Front office staff is amazing and will do what they can to make sure your experience is great Yana and Jamal have made my experience here great so far. The apts aren’t new new but it’s a good place to live

This place will run your application without the application fee being paid then charge you NSF, don’t answer the phone, website inquiry or call you back. Then send it to collections. Make it make sense.
