Darrius, the new maintenance supervisor there is is the bomb with his cowboy boots. He came into my unit to fix some issues. He always keeps his words and he's always guided his technician. He is definitely one of the main reasons I enjoy my stay at Rivercrest.
I was greeted by the maintenance supervisor when I first walked in with a friendly smile and feeling welcome Mr. D guided me to the back office to where I meant to amazing young ladies who help me with leasing an apartment at Rivercrest I need an a quick move-in and these ladies help me get in a nice apartment. It truly means a lot having a great office staff and a great maintenance team when it comes to where I live.
While the River Crest community still has a lot of work to be done some of which I believe is beyond the scope of what maintenance alone can handle I want to take a moment to acknowledge a few people who truly stand out and make a difference here. First, Yana. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. She goes above and beyond in every way from always answering calls and texts, to doing everything she can to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I had a wonderful experience with Yana!!! From the moment I walked in, she was very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about the people. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit the property!!!
I just want to take a moment to recognize Yana for consistently going above and beyond. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for residents never goes unnoticed. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and always goes the extra mile to help. She is truly an asset to the team!!!
