Yana and Alana are always attentive, thorough, and always bring such positive energy to every interaction. Their teamwork and dedication truly stand out and always make a lasting impression. They are a fantastic duo!!

Maintenance guys are actually improving on how they respond in a timely manner one that stands out is Quan very pleasant when he comes to do his job and explains what needs to done.
Yana is always friendly, helpful, and professional. She really goes out of her way to make things easier for residents. It is ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with her
First off, I want to thank Alana and Yana they’ve been doing what they can to help, and I really appreciate them for that. But honestly, I’m beyond frustrated with how everything else has been handled. Jamal has missed every appointment we’ve scheduled. He’s walked right past me multiple times without saying a word, even though he knew we were supposed to meet.
