RecommendedMy daughter in law was stranded in Marietta with a slow leaking tire and after checking a lot of places this place welcomed her in (Saturday morning) fixed the tire, kept her informed of progress. She was very happy with service and people there. Thank you for taking care of her!

Our tire went flat within seconds while going 70 mph down I-77. We tried Wal-Mart first, but they had a ridiculous wait and referred us here. SO glad they did! We were on our way with a new tire in under an hour. Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, and they communicated everything as they went, all while being professional and affordable. My family has been in the auto service industry all of my life and this is how you do business!

I had a simple rotation done at River City. One day later my tire fell off my car while driving down the road. Gary's Towing driver said the reason why was all my lug nuts were stripped. After taking my car there and explaining the situation, they told me I needed a new axle on my car and refused to believe it was their fault. These people are supposed to " specialize" in tires. After they break your vehicle or cause it to break, they will then try and charge you for more services.
Made an appointment for this morning to have 2 studs replaced. I got there earlier than my appointment was surprised to have had my van taken right in. They estimated a price and time frame for the work and was done in half the time for the half the cost. Everyone I encountered was very nice and answered all of my questions with ease. I will definitely be returning for future repairs!
